The Practitioner Object

Attribute	Type	Description
id	string	A stable, unique, Railway-provided identifier. Always prefixed with prac_.
npi	string	The practitioner's NPI.
first_name	string	The practitioner's first name.
last_name	string	The practitioner's last name.
middle_name	string	The practitioner's middle name.
preferred_name	string	The practitioner's preferred first name.
administrative_gender	string	The practitioner’s gender as defined in government-issued documents for administrative purposes. Valid options: Male and Female.
type	string	The type of the practitioner. Valid types are Physician, Physician Assistant, and Nurse Practitioner. See here for definitions.
specialties	string[]	The practitioner's specialties. See possible specialty ids here.
primary_specialty	string	The practitioner's primary specialty. See possible specialty ids here.
languages	string[]	The languages spoken by the practitioner.
created_at	datetime	ISO 8601 timestamp of when the practitioner object was created.
updated_at	datetime	ISO 8601 timestamp of when the practitioner object was last updated.
